Notice is hereby given that Kamrin Syair Bell Swanson, by Kimberly L. Jackson his/her Legal Guardian and Next Friend, Case No. 2026 CN 00085, has applied to the Common Pleas Court, Probate Division of Summit County, Ohio, for an order to change his/her name to Kamrin Syair Bell Burney.
